Each portrait is a custom hand-painted watercolor of your home based on a photo you submit. Please include any specifics you would like for me to pay attention to in the comments. I do not include any non-permanent items unless requested (cars, holiday decorations, garbage cans, window units, etc.) I also do NOT include large trees or the sky unless specifically requested. I DO include small trees in front of the home, and will leave them out only if requested. (Sometimes trees in front of the home MUST be included). Please note: including large trees may cause the home to be smaller. Please let me know if you would like your family name on the portrait or not and any additional text or details.

Please note: there is no proofing process for the original watercolor paintings. The paintings are painted from the photo you send me in my style represented in the listing photos. There is a proofing process for stationery, but any included watercolors are not editable.

- 5" x 7", 8" x 10", 9" x 12", 11” x 14”, or 12” x 16” 140 lb watercolor paper (Can be custom sized as needed, please message me for pricing)
